Spotlight Job: Beachwood Apartments, Beachwood, Ohio
Dizal is known for one of a kind digitally printed architectural products.
The digitally printed aluminum composite panels used in the Beachwood job feature fast and easy installation - important for efficiency and to combat worker shortages so many are facing. The panels are maintenance free and include a lifetime warranty, adding peace of mind for the building owner.
Dizal's high-definition digital inkjet printing makes a wide range of textures and colors possible. The color used on this job was IPE Variegated Light, which complemented the stone and metal used on the building perfectly!

Johns Manville Launches Two New Products to Complement SBS Product Line!
DynaSet 1K
DynaSet 1K is a one-part, solvent-free, moisture-curing adhesive designed to install JM SBS membranes.
The moisture-cure properties provide excellent green strength and a quick set-up during install, and potential ambient moisture in concrete decks will not adversely impact the adhesive’s properties. This allows the contractor to better set schedules with a lower risk of variable measurements of moisture in the concrete, which can cause project delays.
1-Part PermaFlash
1-Part PermaFlash is a one-part, elastomeric, liquid-applied flashing material designed for flashing penetrations on granulated JM bituminous membranes.
It requires no mixing of components on site, reducing the risk of operator mixing errors and helping to ensure the correct installation of the product.
