Featuring Situra Inc. RedLINE® Waterproof Expansion Joints

Nestled along the Scioto River, this 53,000-square-foot rounded building was designed by Allied Works Architecture with Turner Construction Company as the general contractor. 

We were honored to be a part of this project by supplying the Waterproof expansion joints from Situra Inc. as The Associated General Contractors of America named it the most significant construction project of 2018 and the best new building $10 to $75 million.

The RedLINE® Water Proof Expansion joint you see in the photo being installed at the waterproof membrane level is what is underneath the now beautiful grassy roof where many go to reflect. 

It is providing a non-obstructive joint, allowing free water drainage across the joint, and accommodating movement (and contraction) while time maintaining water tightness. For this job we recommended both RedLINE® 100 & RedLINE® 240 in liquid membrane. Learn about the differences in our Spotlight Products feature below.
