Chris Cozzens
Originally from Columbus, OH, Chris Cozzens is a 1987 graduate of the University of Louisville. Following an 8-year career as a high school English teacher and head wrestling coach, Chris broke into construction sales selling post frame buildings for Walters Buildings and was promoted from Sales to RVP.
He eventually transitioned to a selling role in primarily architectural metal roofing, wall, and soffit systems for DMI, Petersen Aluminum, and most recently Metal Sales. In addition, Chris worked as a Regional Product Manager for Beacon covering 9 stores in the region.
Chris has developed a strong contractor/architect following over the last 23 years in the KY/WV and associated markets as a Territory Sales Manager specializing in institutional projects with standing seam metal roofing panels with watertightness warranties, as well as single skin metal wall systems and rain screen composite and insulated metal systems.
An AIA affiliate member, former CSI member and KRCA member, Chris has routinely presented AIA CEU presentations to requesting firms and takes pride in helping architectural firms stay current with product developments germane to their designs and subsequent projects.
Chris resides in Shelbyville, KY. Chris’ incredible knowledge of the industry and his long-term relationships within the market will add tremendous strength to our team in the KY, SW Ohio and Southern WV markets.
