Janelle Sheaffer

Janelle Sheaffer joined the REPS team in July 2024 as our Sales Coordinator. She attended Kent State University studying vocal performance, but discovered early on that she had a deep enjoyment of hospitality and customer service. Over the years, Janelle has transitioned that drive into the construction industry where she continued to build close relationships with contractors and clients. She most recently worked in a customer service role with Medina Supply. Outside of working hours, Janelle loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Ronnie, and their two dogs while hiking, fishing, camping or kayaking and bird watching.
