A Johns Manville Roofing system was used which included JM PVC 60 mil membrane adhered using JM PVC Membrane Adhesive (Low-VOC) and JM Two-Part Urethane Insulation Adhesive (UIA) throughout. The gymnasium, auditorium, and media center included JM DEXcell Glass-Mat Roof Board. The media center also utilized a 60 mil JM PVC protective layer for extra protection.

The building enclosure and metal system installed features East Coast Metals EC 200 Rain Screen Panel System.
