2024 Important Code Updates for builders, architects and developers!
The State of Ohio has voted to update their building code, plumbing code and mechanical code by incorporating the 2021 edition of the International Codes (I-Codes) published by the ICC with Ohio amendments, effective March 1, 2024. Read more
