Pay - $18/hour

Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking machine cleaner to assist with light machine cleaning at our Latham facility. This is a hands-on role that requires standing for extended periods and some bending throughout the day. No heavy lifting is required, but the role does involve light physical activity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light cleaning of production or office equipment/machines

• Maintain a tidy and organized work area

• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues

• Assist with other general tasks as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for several hours per day and perform light bending

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite

• Willingness to work independently and follow instructions

• Punctuality and consistent attendance are a must

• No heavy lifting required

Position Description:

AccuStaff is seeking detail-oriented and organized individuals for Auditor positions with a New York State agency located in Albany, NY.

These positions provide administrative and operational support to the Division of Medical and Dental Directors, Bureau of Operations and Regulatory Management. The successful candidates will assist with a variety of administrative functions, data entry, document management, and departmental coordination.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process and manage Fair Hearing notices.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain and update databases for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry.
• Navigate and maintain information across multiple databases.
• Organize, file, and maintain electronic and hard-copy documents.
• Perform general office duties, including faxing, scanning, and copying.
• Monitor incoming emails through a shared mailbox and forward communications to the appropriate staff members.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff and others.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
