Mike Gilli

Mike Gilli joined the REPS Team in April 2024. He attended Ohio University and Belmont College gaining Associate degrees in arts & science as well as in mechanical engineering. Mike also worked to gain a Bachelors’ degree in specialized studies from O.U. Prior to joining REPS, Mike spent nearly 2 decades in the wall construction industry as a salesman (1 year) with Mohawk Construction and over 16 years with East Coast Metal Systems where he held titles from Estimator to Sales Manager. Mike is responsible for maintaining and growing the business for the Dupont products in western PA and WV and is responsible for multiple other exterior products in WV.
